GREENBAY JAIL ADDITION AND RENOVATIONS

FORT WORTH, TEXAS

Summit Consultants, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for a renovation and a 89,630 square foot addition to the existing maximum security jail.  The renovations included the replacement of existing rooftop air conditioning equipment, the relocation of existing primary overhead electrical service, and renovations to a 2,900 square foot kitchen. The total project cost was approximately $14,000,000.
