Summit Consultants, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for a total 100,000 square foot addition to the existing facility. Summit Consultants converted a 72 degree F candy room to a 34 degree F area and another candy room to a -10 degree F freezer.
